JUNIOR LEVEL STRUCTURAL ENGINEER 

Columbia Engineering is currently seeking qualified structural engineers to join our company.  EIT engineers will gain experience working with a team of practiced engineers under the direct supervision of a P.E. manager.  EIT engineers are expected to perform various technical tasks including analysis of building structures, design of structural elements, preparation of construction documents, manage construction tasks, etc.  Candidates must have a firm understanding of basic engineering principles and exhibit strong communication skills.


  • E.I.T. certification.
  • B.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering from ABET accredited university.
  • BIM/Revit experience preferred.


PROJECT MANAGER / EXPERIENCED STRUCTURAL ENGINEER 

Columbia Engineering is currently seeking qualified structural engineers to join our company.  Engineers are expected to work independently on a broad range of technical and managerial tasks.  This position requires excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills to resolve technical challenges and successfully steer the design of the project.  Candidates must be able to efficiently manage their time to administer multiple simultaneous projects and deliver them within budget.  Strong communication skills are essential since candidates may be working directly with clients and industry partners.


  • 3-8 years experience in structural design.
  • B.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering from ABET accredited university.
  • P.E. certification preferred.
  • BIM/Revit experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with structural engineering software (Bentley, RAM, Tekla, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
